Where are the items shipped from ?

• All items are shipped from USA

How long will it take to ship my order ?

• All items are made to order and will require 4 to 6 weeks to complete work. Hence the order will be shipped upon completion.

Do you ship international ?

• Yes we do ship international. For Mexico we only ship is the shipping option picked is USPS Express Mail.

How much does it cost to Ship?

* This cost varies based on the ship to address and weight. You will be able to see the shipping cost for various modes of shipment ( First Class/ Priority/  Express Mail service) before you submit the order.

What type of tracking is provided for shipments within US?

• All orders within US can be tracking. Every order will have a tracking number and it can be tracked on usps.com

What type of tracking is provided for shipments outside US / International Orders?

• Only express mail can be tracking for International Shipments (ship to address outside of US)
• If you pick the option as First Call or Priority, the tracking details will only show proof of shipment and tracking within US. Once the item leaves US, it cannot be tracked.

What happens if my package is lost

• For shipments within US : If you would like to insure your package please contact us after placing the order and before shipment. Email is: contact@millieicaro.com

*  For shipments outside US:  Insurance is only available for express shipping. Please choose express shipping is you need the package to be insured.
